NASA's Cassini space mission had it's first Titan encounter (dozens more if the mission goes wel). Here's a false color image showing one of the large surface features (continent, ocean, mountain, or depression, we don't know yet). Also of note is the large cloud near the south pole. NASA's Astrobiology Magazine is reporting that this is not a methane cloud, as had been presumed (given most of it's atmosphere is methane). So then what is it? No one knows. Hopefully future encounters will help resolve this mystery. Link to Story Posted by Hello

I like the comment about how since there's not much data at this point, it could be polystyrene foam balls. Maybe it's foam packing peanuts. Or a giant ball of bubble wrap. :)-

NASA also analyzed Bush's shirt bulge and determined that he was wearing a wire. (Salon story)
